It's Deed Restriction Renewal Time for
All Braes Heights Sections!
Braes Heights Deed Restrictions start expiring June 2025. A majority of homeowners in each section must sign to renew. This renewal and extension does not contain any changes to your existing deed restrictions. This will extend protections another 10 years to maintain the residential character of our neighborhood.
Signatures of all property owners need to be notarized, so please bring a photo ID.
Thank you to those who have already come by to sign! We are making progress but still have a ways to go and are committed to having times when YOU can make it. Here are your options:

Your Board is opening the office on Wednesday nights from 6 pm - 8pm. Please stop by and sign your deeds!

In addition, you can sign at the BPHA General Meeting Tues April 29, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm at St. Vincent de Paul Family Center.

Office Hours will be extended until this signing is completed, and documents are filed! Come by the BPHA Office any Tues - Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm through end of May.
